This stunning lady with golden eyes is a German Short-Haired Pointer/Staffy mix that is about 5 years old. Pepper is a stray from McCormick County SC. She is a bit shy with people but warms up quickly, she does love her four-legged friends. She is an extremely sweet, playful, funny girl who would love a home with another dog and a fenced in yard. Pepper is AMAZING with kids, great with cat and other dogs! Pepper was Adopted by a family who cannot keep her. They will miss their Pep, but another family who wants a hiking companion and a snuggle bug could find the love of their lives in this sweetheart of a dog!

Our adoption fees are $475 for dogs under 6 months of age, $425 for dogs between 6 months and 7 years, dogs over 7 years old are $325.

Change a Life Dog Rescue is a foster based all-breed rescue that specializes in working and herding dogs. Everyday thousands of good healthy dogs, that would make wonderful family members, die or are euthanized because there is no one there to help them.

Our Mission is to save dogs that are in life threatening situations whether it is due to an overcrowded shelter, abandonment, abuse or neglect. We believe that “we are not a rescue”, but a group of dedicated committed volunteers that bring together dogs and people as families.
