Cesar is one of the most affectionate boys that you will have the pleasure to meet! He came to us after being trapped and left in the elements, soaking wet. A resident traps these animals and whoever goes in the trap does not make it out alive. Luckily, they started allowing a neighbor to find placement for these animals if possible. If this person had not contacted us, he would not be here. How is this even so? We cannot even imagine!
This boy loves to sit on laps. Even after everything that he has been through, he still has faith in us!
