What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Roxie is a four year-old staffy pit mix who was adopted from the ACCT in Philly at the end of July. She is energetic and food motivated, playful and full of personality. She loves squeaky toys, marrow bones, balls, chew toys and ropes but her favorite things in the world are cheese and peanut butter. I am looking for an experienced adopter because she can a bit aggressive when it comes to playtime, and she is not familiar with the off command quite yet. She is mostly house trained, but has 1-2 accidents a week. The ideal adopter will be a family with only adults, and a more quiet environment that does not have frequent foot traffic in the home. She would love to live somewhere with a yard where she can run around and get the zoomies out of her system and maybe even learn how to play fetch! Roxie is truly a sweetheart, but she does need somebody with experience who can take the time to finish training her. She is fully crate trained, and will come with a crate, toys and more.
