Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet our sweet grey and white kitty girl named Clove! We think Clove is about 2.5 years old. She came to us after she was found outside with a definite issue going on as she was leaking fluid from her back end. Turns out poor Clove was pregnant, but the kitten inside of her was not viable. If Clove did not receive her spay surgery when she did, she would not be alive today.
Clove absolutely loves getting attention from people! She is a lap cat for sure and will hop right up on your lap for pets and snuggles. She is a curious girl who also like to hang out on cat trees. Clove uses her litter box very well and she is a good eater who likes both dry and canned food. She is fine with being picked up. Clove will make an excellent addition to a family who wants an affectionate cat. We are not sure how she is with other cats at this time. Clove is extremely uncomfortable around dogs and will lash out at them, so we are looking for a dog free home for Clove. She can go to a home with children 10 years old and older.
If you are interested in adopting Clove, Please Email us at Adopt@savingpawsct.org for an application! Her adoption fee is $75.00.

You must be 21 years of age to adopt with valid ID. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.
Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.
An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments.
ALL ANIMALS ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED BEFORE THEY GO HOME.
