My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

At around 6 months old and 45 lbs, this playful girl is ready to find her forever home! She gets along well with kids, cats, and dogs—currently living with two cats, one dog, and a toddler.

Her favorite pastime is running around at the dog park, where her energy shines. She is working on her training, and she’s mastered the “sit” command. She’s learning to wait patiently for her food and treats, and she’s making great progress!

This sweet girl loves walks and enjoys playing tug-of-war with her rope toy. She’s also a great car companion.

We believe she’s a mix of Black Face Cur, Ridgeback, and possibly Heeler, displaying some fun cattle dog traits but we cannot be sure. She’s very food motivated and we are using a rubber device in her food bowl to help manage her enthusiasm!

At night, she sleeps well in her crate and is learning to signal to go outside to use the bathroom.

Additional adoption info

All of our dogs and cats come spayed/neutered and vaccinated! Some of the pups will only have their first round of shots and may need rabies if they are under 3 months old. But other than that, these babies come ready to go! Our adoption fees vary, please inquire about each dog's individual fees. We do have cats and kittens available from time to time, so please inquire if you are looking for a feline pal! With their vetting, flights and care, we only ask for the adoption donation to help offset costs and make sure our adopters are serious. We love our rescues like we love our family. They mean the world to us and we just want to see them in good loving homes! And please check back as we are always adding new rescues to this page.
