This helps Brighter Days Dog Rescue with pet care costs.
Meringue is a 2-3 year old Terrier Mix weighing about 10-12lbs. Meringue was dumped at an outdoor shelter in her puppies right when they were born. We don't know if she was a stray and someone dumped her at the shelter in hopes of giving her and her babies a shot, or if her crummy humans didn't want the responsibility of her and her puppies so dumped her when she gave birth. Either way, she was absolutely terrified, alone in a scary shelter trying to care for her babies. We knew she would find a wonderful home here in CO so we brought her and her three babies here. She has been in a foster home for a few weeks now and is ready to find her forever family. Here is what her foster Momma has to say about her:
"This scruffy girl is the cutest & sweetest thing & now that she’s raised her puppies she is ready to find a special home of her very own. She is potty trained, likes to sleep in an open crate in the bedroom & loves to curl up next to you for love. She is the queen of kisses and will play with the other dogs until she passes out. She will do anything for a treat so should be easy to train. She is such a great dog & really deserves a family that will take her on their adventures. She would do best with another dog friend to play with or humans who have lots fo time to spend with her.
