Unfortunately, Jack has been diagnosed with heartworm disease, but that hasn't dimmed his spirit one bit. Jack has begun his heartworm treatment and his heartworm treatment will continue to be paid for by the rescue. During his recovery, Jack will need a place to rest and relax.
