Meet Missoni aka Mission! This 1 year old bundle of joy is looking for her forever home! Missoni loves to go for walks, play with her toys, and receive lots of belly rubs. This sweet girl is fully potty trained and crate trained, perfect for those who work away from home! She would love to find a family who loves to work on training with her and are pretty active!
She is the queen bee and would thrive in a home without other animals. She has done very well with kids as young as 8 years old. She can be a bit jumpy so older kids would suit her better!
This girl isn't just gorgeous, she's smart too! She has mastered sit, knows the name "Mission, and is currently working on commands such a "paw, "leave it, "crate, and "heel. She loves food puzzles! She's also significantly improved with her loose leash walking!
Overall, this fun loving, energetic sweetheart would be an amazing addition for so many homes! She is ready to love someone endlessly and wants to experience the Christmas season and the rest of her life with her furever family! How could you say no???

Border Tails Rescue is a licensed no-kill animal rescue and welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and adoption of stray dogs across the world, with a unique focus on Mexico. Border Tails Rescue has a physical shelter facility with dogs on site for viewing everyday. Border Tails Rescue primarily works with rural shelters across the country, including but not limited to TX, AR, AL, LA, KY, IN, and MI on a regular basis as well as CACC, Chicago’s open intake shelter. BTR is Woman-founded by Harleigh Garcia, who was 20 years old at the time. The organization was founded in December of 2019 and Border Tails Rescue is registered with Illinois Secretary of State as a non profit organization.
