Meet Saraya, the kitten who's guaranteed to bring laughter and light into your life. Her goofy antics and boundless energy are infectious, making even the gloomiest days bright. She loves to chase her tail, pounce on invisible foes, and can turn anything into a toy. You'll often find her amusing herself with a piece of string or a crumpled paper ball. Her funny quirks and playful nature make every day an adventure. But Saraya's not all play, she's also a purring machine who loves to cuddle. Adopt Saraya and you're not just getting a pet, you're gaining a loyal friend, a bundle of joy, and an endless source of entertainment.

More about this shelter
The Stone County SPCA was organized in 2009 and opened a shelter in 2012 in Wiggins, MS. We have always been a no kill shelter. Our biggest challenge is the high demand to place dogs and cats in our shelter. Currently, we take in approximately 1200 animals annually. We do not euthanize animals for lack of space. We have a live release rate of 95%. We do this by keeping adoption fees low and transporting a large percentage of our animals (65% of our dogs and puppies).
