Meet Rhea, a kitten with a personality that's larger than life. This playful feline's curiosity knows no bounds. She can turn anything into a toy, and there's no corner of a room that she won't explore. Rhea loves to play hide and seek, and she's always ready to pounce on a piece of string or a jingling bell. But Rhea's curiosity isn't just about play. She's also keen to get to know her human friends, and she's always up for a cuddle once playtime is over. Rhea's playful and loving nature makes her the perfect addition to any home. Her curiosity will keep you entertained, and her affectionate side will make you feel loved. Adopt Rhea, and let her bring joy and love into your life.

More about this shelter
The Stone County SPCA was organized in 2009 and opened a shelter in 2012 in Wiggins, MS. We have always been a no kill shelter. Our biggest challenge is the high demand to place dogs and cats in our shelter. Currently, we take in approximately 1200 animals annually. We do not euthanize animals for lack of space. We have a live release rate of 95%. We do this by keeping adoption fees low and transporting a large percentage of our animals (65% of our dogs and puppies).
