My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ana is a 3 year old Carolina Dog/Lab retriever mix. She is a very sweet girl who gets along well with people and other animals - she has lived with toddlers, dogs and kitties and done well with all of the above. Ana can be a little protective over her person, she would thrive with a handler that has had experience with guarding breeds and can help provide structure and boundaries to her. She is a well behaved girl and is housebroken and has great house manners and good, polite manners with people. We would love to see her find the perfect home to help her thrive.

Ana does have some separation anxiety and will need a patient adopter that isn't away from home long hours. Training support will be provided by the rescue at no cost.

Adoption fee $150, she is spayed and current on her vaccines.

More about this rescue

Happy Trails Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit rescue based in Central Florida. Established in 2013, we have successfully placed over 200 dogs. As we continue to grow, we have opened our Community Resource Center in 2019 and provide training, education, grooming events, and a food pantry for those in need in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. Thanks to our training scholarships, we have helped over 100 rescue dogs have continued success in their furever home.
