My name is Murphy!

Introducing Murphy!
This boy would graduate as valedictorian for how many commands he knows. To name off a few, he has mastered sit, paw, down, come, stay and drop it. We're sure he's eager to learn more. Not only just being smart, Murphy is also kennel trained and super athletic especially if it involves tennis balls! He could play all day if you let him. Other than playing fetch he also enjoys running, playing in the water/ mud and going on hikes. Murphy tolerates car rides so taking him on a long adventure should not be an issue. He also walks very well on leash, but can become reactive towards other dogs going by. Murphy hasn't met a dog friend here at the shelter yet, but is open to meeting others. It may need to be a several time meet and greet with the dogs or a very slow, positive introduction. He would also ask NO CATS living in the same home as him, as well as a child free home. Meaning 18 years old and up! If you are interested in this snuggly, clever, athletic boy please come to KVHS during opening hours.
