My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Friday is 4 years old and working towards her ideal weight of about 60lbs. This big girl has a lot of personality, but is quite mellow at home and as easy as it gets as far as a friendly couch (or porch) potato. She is super friendly with people including strangers so would make a pretty poor guard dog! Friday is social with large and small dogs and she’s low to medium energy but perky and hilarious in personality and charm.

To meet Friday, please fill out an adoption form on dogcoalitionla.org/adopt and follow @dogcoaltionla for updates!

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers and rescuers combining our skills to help fosters get a dog out of the shelter! The dogs in our program have begun house, crate, and leash training. Our fosters follow a handful of house rules. The transition to a new home is easiest for your dog when these structures are carried over for some time and privileges are gradually introduced. This helps minimize anxiety and behavioral issues.
