Meet Arty, the pint-sized powerhouse with a larger-than-life personality! At just 12 pounds, this little dynamo packs a whole lot of charm into a small package. Arty's got the confidence of a much larger dog, and he's not afraid to show it.

With an attitude that could rival any tough guy from the big city, Arty struts around like he owns the place. He's got a look that says, 'I may be small, but I'm mighty!' This little guy prefers to be the center of attention and would do best as the only pet in the household.

Arty's ideal home is one that can match his energy and appreciate his spunky character. He's looking for an experienced female dog owner who can provide him with structure, training, and plenty of love. In return, you'll get a loyal companion who's always ready for adventure.

Our fees include a full medical exam by a veterinarian. This includes a Feline Leukemia and FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) test for cats, Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, deworming and Spay/Neuter. Dogs receive a Heartworm Check, Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, Canine Flu Vaccine, deworming, and Kennel Cough preventative. Our modest adoption fees do not cover the procedures and vet work that we provide the animals. We fundraise to make up the difference. Any ongoing medical needs that C.A.R.E. is aware of are explained fully, (including daily medicine costs), to the potential adopter, and become the responsibility of the adopter.
