A21633 Kova is a brown and white colored, approximately 2 and a half-year-old, 57-pound, spayed female, Pitbull mix.
She entered the shelter as a stray on 09-05-2024.
Kova is a friendly, timid and calm girl here at the shelter. Still trying to figure out why she is here. Our staff describes her as calm and sweet. Saying she loves people and shows no interest in other dogs. She was easy to leash, an ever so slight pull, but mostly well behaved. Kova will be a loyal companion in her new forever home.

$80 for all kitten/cat adoptions. $90 for all puppy/dog adoptions. $35 for all rabbit adoptions.

Additional adoption info

The shelter is open to the public Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with adoptions closing at 4:30pm. The shelter is closed on Sundays and all government observed holidays.

City of Henderson Animal Care and Control is the only open admission animal shelter in the City of Henderson. We service the City of Henderson and the residents and animals within city limits. Our goal is to find forever homes for all adoptable animals and reunite pets with their people. We work with multiple rescue groups and allow any good adoptee to adopt from our shelter.
