A1337096 Chloe is a brown and white colored, approximately 1-year-old, 53-pound, spayed female Labrador Retriever mix.
She entered the shelter as a stray on 08-26-2024 and was altered by our medical staff.
Chloe is a friendly, timid girl here at the shelter. She is still trying to figure out the shelter environment. Our staff describes her as a nice, sweet girl. They say she will need some leash training as she freezes up as soon as you put the leash on her. Although, she was easy to leash she is not leash trained. She seems to have a friendly interest in other dogs here. She will need a little time, patience and training to be her best family member. Chloe will be a loyal companion in her new forever home.

Meet and greets with your family dog and shelter dog is encouraged. Dog and cat meet and greets are not allowed.

$80 for all kitten/cat adoptions. $90 for all puppy/dog adoptions. $35 for all rabbit adoptions.

Additional adoption info

The shelter is open to the public Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with adoptions closing at 4:30pm. The shelter is closed on Sundays and all government observed holidays.

City of Henderson Animal Care and Control is the only open admission animal shelter in the City of Henderson. We service the City of Henderson and the residents and animals within city limits. Our goal is to find forever homes for all adoptable animals and reunite pets with their people. We work with multiple rescue groups and allow any good adoptee to adopt from our shelter.
