My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Alaska!

Alaska is a nearly eleven-year-old Domestic Short Hair from San Pedro, CA, with soft, snow-white fur adorned with gray tabby patches. Her gentle nature and affectionate personality make her an absolute dream of a companion. While Alaska may be a senior, her heart is full of youthful energy and love, especially when it comes to cuddling! She’s happiest when snuggled up close at night, offering warmth and comfort to anyone lucky enough to be her cuddle buddy. With her large size and calm demeanor, she’s a constant, soothing presence in any home.

Alaska is all about cozy, quiet moments. She adores lounging in her favorite spots, rolling in catnip, and simply being close to her humans. Affectionate and friendly, she’s great with young children and enjoys being picked up and carried around, showcasing her sweet, loving side. Alaska is spayed, microchipped, and fully up to date on vaccinations—she’s ready for a smooth transition into her new home.

Alaska prefers to be the center of attention but can peacefully coexist with other cats, as long as they give her the space she needs to relax. She’s adaptable and easy-going, but thrives in a home where she can be pampered and appreciated for the affectionate companion she is.

Are you looking for a calm, loving companion to fill your home with warmth and joy? Alaska is more than ready to bring her sweet personality into your life!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Our ultimate goal is to unite as many animals with loving pet parents as possible, so we strive to make it easy to adopt a dog or cat you have fallen in love with. All we ask is that you fill out an adoption application so that we have all the information we need to determine that you'll be able to provide a safe and compassionate home to one of our rescued pets. Once approved, all you need to do is sign our adoption agreement form and provide an adoption donation so that we can continue to save more animals every day and unite them with families just like yours.
