For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
At 4 years old Ladie finds herself in the shelter after being surrendered with her two sisters after their family had housing issues, we see it way too much these days. Ladie is super friendly with people, is friendly with other big dogs, and has the potential to be kid-friendly (10 plus).
Ladie is incredibly sweet and gentle, she's constantly looking for attention and loves pets! Her leash manners are excellent and Ladie always takes her treats softly. We don't want her to wait for long! Meet her at our Tinton Falls, NJ animal shelter!
We are open daily from 12-4:30 for adoptions, rescue, and fostering! Please email us for an application at tintonfallsahs@ahsppz.org or call us at 732.922.0100 with any questions!

More about this shelter
The Associated Humane Societies rescues stray and homeless animals, both domestic and wildlife, providing quality care and sanctuary until loving homes can be found. As a community-based organization, we provide low-cost veterinary care and humane education to promote responsible pet guardianship throughout New Jersey.
For over a century we have offered a haven to abused and neglected animals. Founded in 1906, AHS is the largest animal sheltering system in New Jersey, operating three shelters located in Newark, Forked River, and Tinton Falls. Our Forked River facility also includes Popcorn Park. Established in 1977, Popcorn Park is a sanctuary for abandoned, injured, ill, exploited, abused, or elderly wildlife, exotic and farm animals, and birds.
The Society is a not-for-profit, 501(c)3 organization and we take pride in our devotion to the thousands of animals that come through our doors looking for a better life.
