Oh Prada, she is the big sister of the group, and loves to play and loves treats, and gets the zoomies like no other kitty, she can be bribed for anything with a Churu in front of her. This gorgeous gal has come a long way from fearing big scary humans. So she would do best with someone that allows her to take it slow and give her time to adjust, she really is the sweetest gal, she just gets spooked easily. She would do fantastic in a home with another kitty, or in any home with some TLC.

The first step to adopting a cat or dog from Animal Friends Alliance is to fill out an adoption questionnaire. You can do this online!

The next step is to pick out a cat or dog! Check out our adoptable cats and adoptable dogs for pictures and short descriptions or come into the shelter at our Taft Hill campus. We also have adoptable cats at many offsite locations.

Note: not all available cats and dogs reside at our campuses. Some are at off-site adoption partners or in foster homes. If you are interested in a particular cat or dog, please call our shelter at (970) 484-8516 to find out about their current status and location.

We do not ship animals. You are required to come and meet your new addition prior to adoption so that we can ensure a good match.

Please note that we will make a copy of the adopters’ State ID card, Driver’s License or passport at the time of adoption.

Our spay/neuter clinic performs surgeries on both cats & dogs, and we also offer low-cost vaccination clinics every week.

Our organization's goal is to do everything in our power to prevent euthanasia due to 'homelessness'.
