“Dogs have given us their absolute all. We are the center of their universe. We are the focus of their love and faith and trust." Our dear Tundra is ready to have a family to cherish and care for her and she has so much love to give!

Why we love her: Tundra is so grateful for attention and affection and absolutely loves being around people. She is a vivacious and charming dog who is an absolute delight! Her happy doggy face looks like she is smiling at you and she is such a joyful presence!

She is eight years old and weighs 50 pounds. Tundra is so stunning with her beautifully patterned coat. She has such a sweet, gentle and good natured personality and is adored by all she meets! One of our volunteers says: "Tundra is such a love!"

Another observes: "Tundra is one of the absolute sweetest and most gentle dogs around! She will cover you in kisses if given the opportunity and moves with grace."

A third volunteer says: "Tundra is such a happy, bouncy girl!"

Tundra looks forward to her daily walks and especially enjoys being close by your side. Once she is done, she loves to sit with you to be petted and loved on. She is a wonderful cuddle buddy! Belly rubs are one of her very favorite things!

Tundra has the best time in the fenced yard, where she bounds about in total joy and is so agile and athletic. She especially enjoys playing with the toys.

Tundra will be such a fun, loyal and devoted companion! If you can open your heart and your home to an older dog, she would love to meet you! She still has, as the saying goes, plenty of pep in her step. Tundra is a great combination of active and chill.
