Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our sweet as pie female German Shepherd. This gal knows how to ask for all the love in the world and she has smitten us so much that she gets it.
Gracie's story is unknown to us, all we know is she was found at a local lake and proved hard to catch. We are ready to write Gracie a new story and she will need a dedicated new owner to be a part of that.
Gracie tends to be quite fearful when she is uncertain, it happens a lot throughout her day here. Sometimes its due to new people, sometimes its due to a raised hand or the leash coming out. She seems to have come from a hard past environment but once she spends time with you all she wants is pets, pets, pets. She actively seeks out so much affection, its so hard to not just feel so much love and empathy for her right away.
Gracie will need a dog savvy person to make sure to work with her and her fearful behaviors. Someone who can keep her safe and understand her needs. She will not do well in a home with kids. A quiet adult only home might be best, where she can settle and not be fearful.
Other Dogs - good, best fit with males
Cats - unknown
Kids - Older children ok
New People - May need time to warm up!
