My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Location: Madison Lake, MN

The first word to come to mind about Freya is sweet. She is loyal to her owner by always keeping an eye on them and loves to follow them around. She loves to go on walks, sniff, and chase birds, squirrels, and rabbits and is very intrigued by frogs. Her foster lives on several acres and does well on a leash. Freya is very gentle with small children and does well with other dogs. She appreciated a slow intro to the resident dogs and took advantage of having her own space inside her crate. She has not had any accidents in her kennel or the house. She does not whine or bark when it is time for her to go to her kennel at night or when her fosters have to go to work. She does bark when she needs something or wants to tell you she feels uneasy. She has improved at not being startled by loud noises or sudden movements. Freya has not shown any signs of aggression. She is such a good dog.

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
