My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Snoopy is a great fellow who needs a home without smaller animals. He is fine with dogs his size but cats or smaller dogs are not his cup of tea. He is in a foster home, so if you are interested in him, please give us a call at 423-436-2900 or fill out an application at www.monroecountyfriendsofanimals.org and we'll be happy to assist with setting up a meet and greet.

More about this shelter

A not-for-profit organization, Monroe County Friends of Animals help the County by raising funds to build a new facility for our animals. It is called the Eastbourne Animal Center and has now replaced the old Monroe County Animal Shelter. They provide volunteers, fundraising events, grant writing and more. There is always a need for more volunteers. With a small budget, donations are a welcome necessity. We have developed educational programs to promote spay/neuter and humane care of all animals.
