My name is E.A. Poe!

Hi, I'm Poe.   I came from a local shelter where my time was up and needed a rescue. I came from a home that took me to the dog park so I could hang out with my friends.  I am good with kids and other animals as well.  What my foster mom didn't expect was how loyal and lovable I am.  I follow her from room to room and sit by her side.  Foster mom has some crabby senior dogs and a few young dogs living with her.  The older dogs don't care for me much but that's okay.  I give them a grin and go on my way and then play with the two dogs closer to my age. I share toys and I am not possessive of my food.  I do love snacks and treats though!  I am a big boy with a lot of energy so having a buddy to run with or another dog to play with would be greatly appreciated.  I don't like being in the crate and do the cutest sad boy howl but will accept my time in there with a kong treat filled with peanut butter and treats.  I come when I am called and know how to sit, shake and lay down.  At night I sleep in foster mom's room with the other dogs and stay on my dog bed, not making a peep, until morning.  I am a diamond according to my foster mom.  She thinks my heart shows through my fur and is already in love with me.  I am a catch!
