Please meet Gordy hour extremely handsome and freckled Australian Shepherd pup that we came to help after being passed around from the backyard breeder to a young man who had no time for him and then to us. These poor babies don't deserve the thickness of humans. But they endure and we have caught this boy before he got any older and currently at about 6 months of age and 40 lb He will be neutered and caught up to date on shots and wormed. He is being loved and taught things and emotionally prepared for a great family. This handsome boy is very easy going, great around cats, other dogs and honestly an all-around genuinely perfect puppy to adopt. He has no issues that are unusual from puppyhood and he has endured the fickleness of humans. This guy has had people that didn't even crate him when they left for 8 hours to go to work. Guess what he did?. He got into mischief and he chewed and he tore some things up and then they decided they just couldn't have a puppy. He didn't deserve them for sure. He has endured so very much, but he still smiles and sits when told and is happy and just wants to love you. Most all our dogs are fostered in Tennessee and transport up to the Northeast or New England. Our fees start at $500 and can be higher depending on the dog and circumstances for their vetting. All fees cover the health certificate, transportation up to designated places for families to pick up their pre-adopted dog, spay/neuter, rabies, all shots, fecal and dewormings, microchip, complete vet check up and 4 way heartworm test if dogs are older than 8 months.

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website.
