MeetFrost, an exuberant and friendly black lab puppy whose joy for life is contagious. Frost is always happy and loves being around people, his tail constantly wagging with excitement. He adores pets and cuddles, making him a perfect companion for anyone who enjoys affectionate dogs. Frost has a special fondness for water, whether its splashing in a puddle or swimming in a lake. His adventurous spirit keeps him active and ready for any outdoor fun. Despite his playful energy, Frost walks quite well on a leash, making him a delightful walking buddy. When it comes to treats, he takes them gently, showing his sweet and well-mannered nature. Meet the dog/puppy at weekly adoption events (every Saturday) Meet cat/kitten at area locations including our Kitty Korner (1649 Main St)

Interview

Interview to see if the pet will be a good fit into the home.

Approve Application

The application is completed and approved.

Sign Adoption Contract

Meet the pet. A short interview will be conducted. Fill out an adoption application and contract and you can take your new companion home. We are always here to support you after the adoption with any questions or concerns.

Go meet their pets

We hold adoption events every Saturday from 10 to 1 at the Grand Junction Petco, PetSmart or Chow Down for dogs and puppies. Cats and kittens can be seen by appointment at Grand Rivers Humane Kitty Korner (1649 Main St, Grand Junction 970.257.0070) or anytime at Petco, PetSmart and J&M Aquatics. All of our adoptable pets come from Mesa County Animal Services.
