Say hello to this handsome gentleman we have named McCord. McCord came to the shelter after getting lost on one of his adventures on 9/10 . Sadly, no one has come to reclaim this precious baby. McCord is need of a great home and family that will keep him safe and loved always. McCord is just 5 years old and weighs 85lbs. At some point, someone took the time to make sure he looked his best. His coat looks very healthy and well kept. He is quiet in his run but loves when the volunteers come by to check on him and to show him some love. McCord is a super smart guy as he understands simple commands such as sit when asked. He may know more and certainly would love the chance to be taught more. McCord is hoping for a chance to meet his forever person or family and be apart of the family. Do you have some time to come and visit and get to know this handsome boy? He sure hopes so! Please make sure you have the space, time, patience, and love to commit to this precious baby. He is the type of breed that would love to have constant activities and exercises to keep him occupied so he doesn't become bored and wonder away and end up in the shelter. He doesn't deserve to be at a loud, overcrowded shelter. Ever.
McCord is current on vaccines, neutered and will be micro chipped upon his adoption. He has been tested negative for heart worms which is awesome for him and his new family! He is happily waiting for you in Run 854 and his ID is 661794. He is more than ready to find his forever home!
Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers.
