These small dogs are shy and still learning to trust people, but with time, patience, and love, they have the potential to blossom into wonderful companions. Right now, they are not comfortable being touched and need a calm, quiet home where they can decompress at their own pace.

They’ll need help learning the basics, including leash walking and house training. Ideally, they would thrive in a small, easily cleaned space while they adjust to indoor life and learn manners. With a structured routine and plenty of encouragement, these little ones are sure to make progress and show their sweet sides in time!

If you’re ready to provide a safe, nurturing environment and are experienced with undersocialized dogs (or up for the challenge), these pups could be your next success story. Reach out to ask how you can adopt and watch them grow into a confident, happy dog!

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Mon - Tues: 12-7pm Wed - 1:30-7pm Thurs - Fri: 12-7pm Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm Must be checked in 45 minutes before close

2.
Meet the Pet

Once you have decided which pets you are interested in, sign in for an adoption counselor who will guide you through the adoption process.

3.
Take the Pet Home

Cats must leave in a carrier and dogs must leave in a carrier or on leash. We do have these available for purchase in our lobby store.

Additional adoption info

Year-Round Adoption Fees:
• Puppies and kittens less than 4 months old $50
• Adult dogs and cats $30
• A standard $20 dog license fee may apply
• Pets who have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a family and pets over 5 years old $0 - Fee Waived!

Every adoption includes:
• Spay or neuter surgery
• First Vaccinations
• Microchip
• Vet visit certificate
• Pet insurance
