Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB: 26 June 2024 -------- Breed: Pug ----- Size: 4.5 lbs ----- Status: mother surrendered to rescue ----- Compatible with: Dogs, cats, children. ----- Suitable for: home with a fenced yard. Possible apartment with dog park access ----- Medical/Behavioral Needs: none noted ----- Additional Notes: Welcome Cicada! Named so because she was the noisy one of the family as a baby. She has quieted down but she sure told us what was up as a wee baby. She is a fun girl. She was born at rescue and has gotten a great start on basics with her mother and siblings. She is puppy box trained and loves to play. Cicada also enjoys cuddles and one on one time. She would prefer a home with another playful dog closer to her size. Due to how small these littles are, we do not recommend homes with toddlers and below. Fenced yards preferred due to high activity levels. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If interested in meeting and potentially adopting please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org. Once processed and approved a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match an adoption is finalized at that time. Adoption fee is $175 and all dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and treated for any known medical needs. Breeds are not guaranteed but often a best guess. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. If a yard is present, a secure fence is required.
