What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Luna is a lively 5-year old Beagle hound mix, born on 3/22/2019. Weighing only 25lbs, she still has the size and adorable face of a puppy!
Activity Level: Loves running, playing, and often gets the zoomies but also loves her downtime as a couch potato. A fenced yard would be ideal, but she’s also happy with regular walks.
House Training: She can stay home all day without accidents.
Leash Behavior: She enjoys walks but tends to pull on the leash. A head harness has helped reduce the pulling.
Socialization: Previously friendly with other dogs, she has become protective since the arrival of a baby. She may be dog-friendly with calmer dogs her size and has done well playing with family members dogs.
Home Environment: Needs a home without children. Gets overwhelmed by kids and loud noises.
Affectionate Nature: Very cuddly and enjoys snuggling on the couch or bed.
Luna would thrive in a calm, adult-only home where she can enjoy her playful nature and receive plenty of affection.
