Who says you can't have it all? My foster parents say I epitomize beauty, brains, and kindness...they say I am a gem! My exotic coat is gorgeous and luxurious to the touch; it is a very calming experience just petting me. I am as "cool as a cucumber." I absolutely love and crave affection, especially tummy rubs, scratches behind the ears, lots of hugs and kisses, and laying on your feet, but I am also okay with entertaining myself with a toy or bone in my crate.
I am very well-rounded. I LOVE the kids I have met and adore my 11-lb. and 50-lb. canine foster brothers. I am very family-oriented and would love to be part of the action, but at the same time, I could easily imprint on one person and be equally as blissful.
I have a blast on the hiking trails, performing the zoomies in the backyard, frolicking in the water, playing fetch, foraging for my food on my snuffle-mat, and digging for the treats in my Kong. You may be able to tell that I am very food motivated, which has been great for my training as I am super smart and getting good at sitting on command, coming with a whistle, and pottying outside.
I am very well-behaved. While my foster brothers are always chasing after the squirrels, I appear to have low to no prey drive as I am not interested in joining in that activity. When the neighbor dogs bark at the fence, I choose to ignore them. I don’t dig in the yard or scratch at the door. I only bark when absolutely necessary.
I am five months old and currently weigh 20 lbs. I am a strong, healthy pup, and the vet anticipates that I will weigh no more than 40 lbs. as my paws are pretty small.
I am spayed, chipped, and fully vaccinated for the next 12 months.
I am currently being fostered in Boulder. I get a lot of attention when I am out as a “girl around town” with my foster parents, so if you are interested in me, act fast before I am scooped up.
Unless she is adopted from her foster in Boulder prior to this weekend, come see her and her siblings on SATURDAY (Sept. 21st) from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Larkspur Chamber of Commerce Autumn Arts + Crafts Fest at 8820 Spruce Mountain Rd. If she is still available on SUNDAY (Sept. 22nd), we will be at the Grand Opening of Chuck and Don's on 64th and Sheridan Blvd in Arvada from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
