My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

TeeTee, the shyest pup of them all; likely the pup that was tormented the most. She is still as sweet as can be, and wants nothing more than kind human touch, attention, and love. TeeTee does very well with other dogs, and all people; it definitely just takes some time for her to warm up. But nevertheless she does, and she is also a huge lap lover. TeeTee is about full grown weighing in around 30 pounds, but she should be near or in her 40's at a healthy weight. Luckily, she has been enjoying that process as well; and adores all the treats she's given.

More about this shelter

We are a non-profit organization out of Monticello, IA specializing in the care for dogs and cats that need us. Our care does not stay local, as we take transports from all over the United States, and adopt all over as well!

Our mission's primary focus is to help reduce the homeless pet population by finding homes for spayed/neutered pets, and helping educate WHY this process is so important, and the proper way to care for pets!
