My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A21497 Leia is a brown and white colored, approximately 11-year-old, 15-pound, spayed female, Chihuahua mix.
She entered the shelter as a stray on 08-22-2024.
Leia is a timid, even a little scared girl here at the shelter. Our staff says you must go slow with her since she is scared and trying to figure out the shelter environment. Once she is comfortable, she is very friendly and sweet. They say she will do anything for a yummy treat. She has had some training, as she will "sit upon command. She was easy to leash and well behaved during our walks. She has no interest in other dogs here at the shelter. We recommend no small children as she doesn't like to be over handled or messed with. Leia will be a loyal companion in her new forever home.
