Our handsome boy is named Eddie and he is a handsome Whippet mix boy that was born the first week of March 2024 to a momma who was a stray and living out in the cold Tennessee weather. Eddie was the runt and while several of the litter did not live past 8 weeks of age due to the hardship factors of living outside, our little fighter, Eddie, did survive. This boy is has come so far and he is on the way up to a great life and being a smart and wonderful companion dog. He is living with a wonderful foster mom who has taught him so much about confidence, obedience, how to relax and enjoy life and how to get out in the world and experience new things with very little fear. He is so very loyal and sweet to his foster mom and she adores his adoring looks of pure love. He at one time could not even stand up in the presence of new people. Not anymore! He sits proudly and stands with a pose worthy of a Westminster show dog. Eddie has the shiniest black coat that is super sleek and brings to mind a young man in a newly pressed tuxedo suite. His white shirt chest just begs for us to put a red bowtie on him and take his pictures. He has a regalness about him that is poised and princely. He loves the dog park and adores going for his walks with foster mom and her personal dogs. He plays happily with them all and he has been house trained and accepting of his crate time. He has been around cats and can coexist nicely. Eddie will be a 35 pound dog when fully grown. A nice medium boy that is really easy to pack up in the car and go for an adventure or to have sleep at the foot of your bed or cuddled up on the safe for a movie. Give this boy an inch and he will take a mile of your heart and will make some great impressions on your soul.
