My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maddie is a 3.5-year-old Pitbull mix with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. This sweet girl loves nothing more than running around with her favorite toys, bringing joy and laughter wherever she goes. Maddie has a silly side that will keep you entertained, and she's already mastered her "sits," proving she's eager to learn and ready to continue her training in her forever home.

Maddie was transferred from a shelter in Orange County as part of a rescue effort after the Airport Fires, which helped free up space for animals affected by the disaster. Now, she's searching for her forever family, ready to shower you with affection and playful energy.

Could you be the one to give Maddie the home she's been waiting for? Adopt this fun-loving girl today and make her a part of your family!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
