Meet Kal! This big boisterous boy is looking for a fresh start. He`s an absolute sweetie who does not love being in the shelter- mostly because it keeps him away from snuggle time with you! Once he`s worn out, Kal will happily snuggle right up (as close as he possibly can). Kal is also quite the conversationalist- if you ask him how he`s doing, he`ll greet you with his best `Woo Woo Woo!` He would benefit from a home with adults that can give him the training he`s missed out on (we have some resources that can help out with that), and understand what life is like as an affectionate, bouncy shepherd. Monday: Closed for adoptions, open for lost and found services 9 a.m–5 p.m.
Tuesday: Noon–6 p.m.
Wednesday: Noon–6 p.m.
Thursday: Noon–6 p.m.
Friday: Noon–6 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m.–5 p.m.

Adoptions and adoption visits end 30 minutes before closing, depending on available staff and visit areas. Please arrive at least one hour before closing if you plan to visit with the animals.

Holiday Hours: Our shelter is closed for adoptions (but open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for lost and found services) on MLK Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
