Meet Hill, a sweet 1-year-old tortoiseshell female cat who's looking for a calm, patient home where she can truly thrive. Hill has lived with other cats before and enjoys their company, but she's sensitive and shy, taking her time to adjust to new environments. She will flourish in a quiet, low-traffic home and will appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help her feel safe and secure. Hill will do best in a home with only adult humans who can give her the time and extra help she needs to feel comfortable and loved.
Hills foster says a week in "she started exploring the house freely. Now she is more comfortable ...gazing from her favorite window, and playing w toys. She is still nervous, I think it's a matter of her gaining more confidence in the new environment. She does play w me (I wave a large string) but prefer that I don't come too close. She enjoys playing with her toys - she has this electric ball that moves around randomly and she plays with it (follow it, try to catch it) for hours. It's very funny and cute to watch. ".
Hill is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has been given preventative treatments to ensure she's ready for her new family.
