Hi, I'm Rosalynn Carter, and I'm a 6-year-old girl with a heart as big as my name! I've been through a lot, but I'm all about love and second chances. When I first met some kind folks, I ran right up to them with a big smile on my face, even though I had a few chains around my neck. That didn't stop me from showing off how friendly and playful I am!
I know how to "sit" like a pro, and I'm polite too-I don't like to jump on people. When I'm out in the yard, I stay pretty calm and enjoy just being around good company. Oh, and as soon as I get outside, I know to handle my business like a lady-seems like I might be housebroken!
All I want now is to find a loving home where I can continue being the good girl I've always been. Can't wait to meet you!
