This sweet and petite girl is looking for a patient, loving adopter who will give her time to open up and adjust in her new home. She loves her safe space, crate, or other quiet area of your home, which she can venture from to explore her surroundings. As she gets more comfortable you will see her good-natured personality bloom as she explores her new surroundings. She is wiggly and energetic, up for just about any adventure, and loves squeaky toys, sunshine, and peanut butter. She is house-trained and sleeps well.
When excited, she does jump up; she knows "off" and responds immediately. With other dogs Bella is curious and a bit intimated, so living with another passive dog may be best for her. She came into rescue with a significant skin infection which caused some hair loss and has responded well to treatment. It's fun to watch her wrinkles pop out!

Adoption fees are based on the breed, health, age, and behavioral status of each dog. All dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, flea/worm treated and have had a wellness exam before becoming adoptable. If you are interested in adopting a BHNW dog, please fill out the online application. If you are matched to the dog you are interested in or another dog in our program, you will be contacted by the foster family. Prior to adopting, there is a mandatory home evaluation to ensure your home and family are ready for that dog. We require a contract for all adoptions and there is a two-week trial to ensure a good match. If for any reason you can no longer care for the dog you adopted from us, that dog must be returned to our program.
