Manual is a loving guy that seems to have been through a rough patch. His coat is a bit patchy right now, but that's just part of his charm! Manual walks nicely on leash, plays well with others,(dogs that is) and he loves humans and kids too. If you'd like to help write Manual's next chapter, come by and consider fostering or adopting him. He's patiently waiting!

Adoption viewing hours are from 8:00an-4:30 pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 12pm-2pm. You must have a valid drivers license to apply. We do not do home checks. Adoption fees are $35 for dogs/pups, $25 cats/kittens and $150 for horses.

Effective Monday, August 17,2015, LAFAYETTE ANIMAL SHELTER & CARE CENTER will begin accepting VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit cards. There will be a 2.5% surcharge/convenience fee added to your total. This fee is not greater than our cost of acceptance.

Our adoption program consists of dogs, cats and horses. All animals available for adoption are fully vetted, UTD on vaccinations, micro-chipped, spay/neutered, dewormed and heartworm tested.
