My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bubba, a senior dog with a heart full of love. His tail never stops wagging, his eyes always sparkle with joy, and his loyalty is unshakeable. Bubba`s friendly nature makes him the perfect companion for both solo pet parents and families alike. His sweet disposition is sure to bring a smile to your face and warmth to your heart. Despite his age, Bubba is still full of energy and enjoys daily walks and playtime. He is quick to learn new tricks and commands, proving that you can teach an old dog new tricks. Bubba`s adoption will not just give him a forever home, but also bring endless joy and companionship to his new family.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
