Meet Rowan! This sweet galoot is 8-9 years old and we don't think he'd ever been in a home prior to making it to rescue. He got to the shelter scarred, completely emaciated, ears covered in fly bites, and overall in rough shape. He has gained over 20 pounds with us, is at a healthy weight, has been fully vetted, and is now living his best life (in a foster home with another dog, cats, ferrets and kids). Rowan's foster family describes him as "super easy and lovable, great walker, and low maintenance." This sweetheart deserves to be spoiled everyday for all of his golden years. His adoption fee is $150. He's heartworm negative, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, etc.
