My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name, age, breed: Willa, 2yr, boxer mix

Likes: People, going for walks, cuddling

Dislikes: Doesn`t love loud noises, being touched around her legs

What would be the ideal home? An active home that can continue her training

Good with other cats? No due to prey drive

Good with dogs? Yes, if given a slow introduction

Good with children? Yes, but would recommend over 12 years old due to being jumpy

Temperament: Friendly, active girl, social

Motivators? Treats

Any commands? Sit, down, learning paw!

House trained? Mostly yes. Still learning to communicate when washroom is needed.

Crate trained? Yes

How long will it take to settle into a new environment? 3-4 weeks

Any special needs or traits an adopter should know? Currently on anxiety medication, but may not need it long term. Will chew on leash and harness, jumpy. Willa is a sweet and affectionate dog who absolutely adores attention and cuddles. This energetic girl is always ready for a walk and loves spending time outdoors. She’s still learning a few commands like “paw” and “down,” but she’s eager to please and makes great progress every day. Willa can be a bit jumpy at times, but with her friendly nature and lively spirit, she’s bound to bring a lot of joy and love to any home.
