My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I am new to APA in September. I get along with other dogs of all sizes and cats, too. I was also in a foster home with kids and love them as well. But, APA is sending me to get obedience trained at their PAWS prison training program because I do need to learn some skills.

More about this shelter

We are a progressive animal welfare group in Dona Ana County. We run an adoption center, the local pet food bank, a prison dog training program, and a thrift store. We rescue most of our animals from the municipal shelter and then ready them for adoption.
