My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Fred, an adult cat who calls the shelter his current home. Fred is friendly, often the first to greet visitors with a soft purr and a gentle nudge of his head. His sweet nature makes him the perfect companion for quiet evenings or playful afternoons. He`s an expert at making people feel special and loved. His ability to bond with humans is remarkable, making him an ideal pet for any household. Fred is more than just a shelter cat, he`s a friend waiting for his forever home. His gentle, loving nature and friendly demeanor make him a wonderful addition to any family looking for a furry friend to share their life with.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
