My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Merle is a 1-year-old male Lab mix and the epitome of a gentleman. He sits patiently to be leashed and is ready for his walk, calmly passing by barking dogs without a fuss. Merle is easy on the leash, a good walker, and highly responsive. He knows how to sit and takes treats gently, showcasing his excellent manners. This handsome boy also has a soft spot for cuddles. Come meet Merle and see for yourself how wonderful he is!

During playgroups, Merle was kinda goofy but Lotsa cute. He excitedly played in a mixed gender group of six. He was courteous and was accepted quickly into the group.

If you're interested in learning more about him, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Merle 252638".

He is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be neutered prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
