Tobi is a sweet boy who loves chest scratches and ice cubes. He loves quality time, playing fetch, and going for long walks. He can have a hard time meeting new people
but he would do great with an owner that can provide lots of exercise and some training. Tobi is great with other dogs but not with cats, and unknown how he would do with children.
