If you would like more information about Andy or are interested in adopting her, please send an email to lastmys@yahoo.com
Andy was a stray dog that I rescued from a busy street. He’s very friendly with everyone and loves being petted. Andy loves walking on a leash and loves being active in general. He knows several commands, including ‘sit’, ‘laydown’ and ‘stop’. And he can learn much more with some training.
Andy is friendly with the neighbor and with my 4-year-old son. Although he gets along well with my dogs (a German Shepherd mix, a poodle, and a pitbull), he may be better as an only dog. If there is another dog, he will need to be properly introduced. I feed him separately from my dogs because he likes to steal their food. He does not like cats or other small animals and will chase them.
I would like to keep Andy, but I have cats so it’s not a good situation. He would do very well in an active household where he can be part of the activity and be able to go for walks.
