Hi, I'm Milo! I'm a young feline with a heart full of love. I love to play, chase after toys, and explore new corners. My energy is contagious and I can turn any dull moment into a fun one. After a good play session, I love to cuddle. There's something about the warmth of a human that makes me purr with contentment. But don't worry, I'm not all play and no rest. I know when it's time to calm down and just enjoy a quiet moment. I'm friendly too, always ready to meet new people and make new friends. Founded in 1971 as the Animal Aid Society of Englewood, Suncoast Humane Society began with a few cages where people left stray animals to be cared for. Over the years, our service area has grown to include over 400 square miles, covering three counties: Sarasota, Charlotte and portions of Lee.
Suncoast Humane Society provides a safe refuge for thousands of lost, abandoned and abused animals from our service area each year. We are committed to our open-door policy of never turning any animal away, regardless of health, temperament, breed or circumstances.
