Well suited for a retiree looking for a lovable companion
Can be hyper when greeting people but is relaxed the rest of the time and would just lay at your side and follow you around the house all day and lay at your side. Loves adapting to routines and anticipates events like walks and treats. Ready to sleep around 8pm. Would not work as a backyard dog as he would bark with no end. He does not like to be alone even if you have a giant yard. He wants to be inside with you or alone inside the house. Can’t be off leash at all. (He would run directly into a car and won’t listen to you if he got loose. He is very fast.
Does commands like: sit, lay down, speak, give me 5 and stay (briefly) for treats.
